Located in the beautiful bay of Zaton, Villa Adriatic Fairytale, is only 10 minutes drive from the Pearl of the Adriatic – Dubrovnik. A perfect summer refuge, Adriatic Fairytale is a welcome escape from the summer crowds and hot stone walls of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, nestled among towering cyprus trees, gives a feeling of a seclusion and privacy, while overlooking your very own private bay.

The park surrounding Villa, adds atmosphere during the day turning the villa into a cosy fairy tale.

This Villa is located right by the water and will allow you to literally escape from your daily life, enjoy and have fun.

The main part of the house consists of 550m2 of space spread over two floors and contains 4 luxury rooms, each on floor there is a spacious comfortable living room, inviting dining area, equipped kitchen and two cosy bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a tub, including under floor heating on the lower level and stone staircase leading up to two bedrooms, small kitchenette and a bathroom. Satellite TV, safe and toiletries in each bathroom are standard for each bedroom.

Villa Adriatic Fairytale can accommodate up to 8 people and is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends. Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, the villa includes a barbecue area with a terrace with an unforgettable view of the sea and coast.

In order to make your stay in Adriatic fairytale perfect and your experience complete, we provide VIP transfers from / to the airport and local transfers, boat trips, reservations in restaurants and many other places.

If you would like us to help during your stay we can bring a butler or a private chef, as recommendation for sailing away on one of beautiful Croatian islands.
